The prop will be fine on the AJ as it's not really a powerhouse engine. there are electric boats that put out a lot more power.

You balance and sharpen at the same time.
Check out the thread pinned ot the top of the General boating forum.
I use the Top-Flite prop balancer also but people new to doing prop work might find it to be too sensitive.

You can use the aluminum prop with no problem, over here in Europe they use aluminum props on everything up to 15cc (.90ci). Just be careful when you sharpen/balance it. If you need prop service, send me a PM.
