k&b 3.5 and 11cc will not start

k&b 3.5 and 11cc will not start
they have been setting for 3 yrs the both will not prime fuel . If i put a drop of fuel in the carb it will fire for a sec please help

Check to make sure the fuel / pressure lines are in good shape. The fuel tanks might not be air tight. Put fuel in the tank and lightly blow thru the pressure line. Does fuel flow to the carb? As stated, the carbs might need to be cleaned up. Remember, it's good thing to make sure all the fuel is out of the carb before storage. Unplug the fuel line at the tank and start the motor allowing the fuel to be sucked in and used up.
