Default .18 size Vee

I'm looking for a few choices on .18 size Vees. I like the delta force, but I'm not sure if the one on offshoreelectrics.com is strong enough for nitro. Where else are there any Vees in the 25-27 inch range?

It probably is strong enough but you'll have to fabricate a lot of hardware. I built the 26" one for .12 power. This hull came from Steve.
Here's an updated shot by request of the transom.

Hey Ron, what is that for a muffler? Looks pretty cool! Would something like that work on the Super Vee w/.18?

I don't know as that was semi-custom made by David Preusse at CD Machine, http://www.cdrace1.com/ . All you have to do is give David the OD of the stinger and he should be able to whip one up for you.
When I sold the boat, I kept the muffler and although it really didn't sound quieter I did notice a nice little increase in speed.
Glenn Quarles is supposed to be making a tuned pipe for the .18's but I don't know if he has them out yet. I tried his one for the .12 boats and it did sound a little loud onshore but once on the water it was very quiet. I could easily hear the water splashing off the hull.
