Can I use .125" prop on .150" shaft?
It seems impossible to find .150" props so I was wondering can I use plastic .125" props?
Maybe force them on or file inside them slightly?

You wont be able to force a .125 prop on a .150 shaft, even if it is plastic. You may be able to drill one out but then you run the risk of not getting the hole dead centre. What boat is it for?

Actually, yes, you can get a .150" cable with a .125" shaft. www.offshoreelectrics.com sells them. The Hughey flex cables are also made for a .125" or .150" cable to a 3/16" propshaft.
If you're upgrading then in reality the .125" cables are 10% stronger than the .150" discovered through testing so if you can use the 1/8" then go that route.

I didn't want to change flex shaft yet actually. I wanna see how I can get the boat to go before I invest cash into changing flex cable, rudder and strut
Ron, I started another thread in the Nitro Boats about what prop to use
Can you check it out please and give me a response??
