OS Max .18 marine
I was just wondering if anyone has tried the new OS 18 marine engine.
I am looking to get a 18 size motor and noticed that the OS is rated at 1.35 HP and 28K RPM.
The reliability on OS is quite good and this motor has a 2 year warranty.
How big of a prop can you push with this engine on a light hydro or rigger.
thanks much.
I am building a scratch built shovel nose and a scratch build Atlas Van lines (older Style hydro).

If you are scratch building, why use such a small engine?
Maybe you would be better off using a cheaper but bigger engine (like a 32 or something)
