Outrigger design for 3.5 outboard
Trying to find some out rigger plans for an inexpensive outrigger to build and i have a k&b 3.5 stock to rig it with. trying tio keep build as cheap as possible, unemployment doesnt pay much.any input would b great Eric

However, it was designed for an inboard motor - hanging an outboard off the transom is going to change the intended CG & how it planes etc. Unfortunatley, I dont think you are going to find a outboard-specific set of plans for a rigger.... so you'll have this challenge no matter what. I'd suggest emailing the designer of the above boat for additional suggestions/info before attempting so you dont waste time & $$ and end up unhappy w/the results.
