I had one of those a while back also. Here's what I can tel you. The engine is cantankerous in starting and running until it's broken in then it'll start very easily. I ran an Octura X-637 on it as that's the most it would take. Handling is kind of weird at times as I'm not a fan of steerable outdrives but what I paid for the thing (free!, new in the box) I can't complain. If it doesn't steer enough for you, use the dual rate knob to adjust the servo throw.
I did find 2 shots of the one I had. Yes, that ugly guy is me..........

I almost forgot. The stock fuel tank doesn't give you much run time. I replaced it with a Sullivan SS-4 and fits tightly in place of the original.

I keep remembering little things. One is that I rotated the cooling head 90 degrees as I wasn't too fond of having the waterline coming in over the carb just in case it got loose or cracked. You'll see that change in the second shot. No big deal as it only takes maybe 2 minutes to do.
Don't run it without the hatch on as it does come in handy. We flipped it once and it floated on top of the water with mostly the hatch keeping it from taking in water. The rest of the hull was barely getting wet once upside down. It was almost humorous!
