hi docterevil
you can buy this exhaust pipe:
http://cgi.ebay.es/aluminum-water-cooled-pipe-for-21-25-nitro-engine_W0QQitemZ290254574944QQcmdZViewItemQQptZRad io_Control_Vehicles?hash=item4394855560&_trksid=p4 634.c0.m14.l1262&_trkparms=|301%3A0|293%3A1|294%3A 30
is good for your go .028 marine engine.the go 0.28 marine engine is the same that my sts 0.28 marine engine

RE: Tuned pipe for Go marine .28
I would go with a macs 3.5 www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001pand an HPI savage header www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p. Did you get the pro or the standard model? I just started to get my go pro 21 loosened up and it's a screamer for sure.
Running this pipe and header with the 28 should be ok just start out by leaving the pipe length long and until the engine is broken in then you start shotening up to really build some power.
