Another "How are you doing it now" question! (Prop balancing)
What means are people using today to balance props? Again- when I was in boating 35 years ago, it was a shaft on 2 razor blades- or I had a shaft assembly (military surplus) which had instrument grade bearings in it that I used to balance props. What's the hot ticket today??
Thanks for bringing me up to date!

RE: Another
Wes,
if you look in the General boat discussion there is a sticky thread on prop sharpening, but to answer your question there is still a few people using the 2 razor blade system.
some make their own, quite a few buy their props already Sharpened, Polished and balance or we can buy a prop balancer (which there is a few) like these:

a lot of people use the one in the first link and last link.
Dan.

I'll 2nd or 3rd the first link that Dan gave you, it's sensitive enough to drive you nuts! For $20.00 it's hard to beat for the price.
My first prop balancer as a Robart which is almost like the second one linked to.
Yes, some people still use the razor blades in a chunk of wood setup.
