Has anyone built or published plans for a double-sized Great Planes Slow Poke?

How big do you want to go? It's a pretty straight forward design and the plans for the .40 size are out there. It wouldn't be difficult to enlarge.

It would be great for a 20cc gas engine...say 90 ~ 100 inch wing span.
