Here's a suggestion. If someone posts in this forum, even if the content makes you unhappy, as long as the post was made in good faith in a thoughtful manner, don't lock it or delete it or whatever. That does not look too good. I am refering to Tattoo's posts, and one thread in particular that seems to have vanished. This is really just a humble suggestion. Yes it's your ship...but we're your passengers.

I posted clearly in the clubhouse and elsewhere all posts regarding the new site launch or the new site would be removed. All suggestions must be sent to me only. I am the one who can change the site to what the users want or do not want. Spouting off in a public forum only incites a feeding frenzy and misinformation. How do I know? Because I spent the better half of 2 days after the first launch correcting misinformation. I don't have the time to do it and it seems that unless an "audience" is listening most don't care to send me their comments since only I will read them.
I'll state it again. If you have comments on the new site, bugs, suggestions or whatever then email them to me. Another thread in these forums about it won't be tolerated as I can't spend the rest of my days correcting or debating why we do certain things or don't do other things. These debates can go on forever. Everyone has their opinion. That is fine. When it comes to what you want to see in RCU or NOT want to see in RCU send it to me. I am the one who can do something about it. Complaining in public does nothing.
As far as closing, locking, deleting not looking good. We have done that with our moderators based on RCU policy since day one. I rarely hear complaints about how we handle the forums. Matter of fact so many people love it so damn much they don't want us to change a thing, right?
I'm closing this thread as I hope my point is clearly made on this.
