Are others experiencing this as well? I get a lot of time outs on this forum. I am on other forums as well where I never experience this.
About every 2 or 3 pages that I want to load, or if you want to add a link to your post, the time out message appears. Most of times, refreshing the page works, but also sometime not.
Can the webmasters look into this?

i have had time outs, if i get sidetracked while writing. beeing 62 i cant allways remember what i was saying. also there is NO thread for off topic NOT tied to subject. if its off topic how can it be tied to a subject? isnt "OFF TOPIC SHOULD BE JUST THAT OFF TOPIC?"

Not sure what you are trying to say. I guess you missed the point that my browser shows a time-out error when I try to open a page or when I press the submit button after typing a reply.
