I've got a suggestion that would save a lot of frustration when browsing the auctions.
I've just seen some good bargains, but I couldn't take advantage of them because the small print says "Will only sell to USA" or something like that. What the??? Is it too difficult to write UK or AUSTRALIA on the shipping label?
Since each member's location is already part of the account info, can some sort of filter be applied so the overseas members don't see these posts in the first place? eBay already has this feature.
Personally I don't see why the seller doesn't want overseas bidders in the first place, if the buyer can arrange the right currency then what is the problem?

Additionally, even if I did know how to deal with the autorities in a foreign country, the phone bills to deal with them could be absolutely horrendous, whereas domestic calls are pretty cheap.
Again, this is just a guess, but it's based on how I would sell goods.
