My new Toshiba laptop keeps switching from screen to screen for no apparent reason except that I touch the screen I guess maybe it is some kind shortcut. Any way to disable this "useful" feature?

While someone here might be able to answer, that's probably a question you'd have better luck Googling.

Stop touching the screen. You might have a touch screen unit. My wife has one on her Asus and it drives me crazy. And yes you can disable it if you have one. RTFM.
