Hi,
I posted a message under the Rc planes forum, beginners thread. It basically read that as a new starter to this hobby and new to the site, i asked members of this site from Australia for their experiences, advice etc to someone who is starting up. Not trying to exclude people, but from my very short experience i have found that most information i find is not from an australian source. Prices, flight school locations, models available and popular in australia are all bits of information that us Ozzies can use (its starting to hurt me thinking in USD). Do you think this could be an idea for a forum.
Regards
Rexor

if there are enough aussies to keep it fairly busy we could open up a forum dedicated to Australian modelers. maybe take a poll to see what the interest level is? I'm gathering some stats too to see how many people seem to originate from .au

From the dialog in the beginners section, I though there was enough traffic to make this a possibility. I would be interesting in participating in the outcome.
