I was looking for an area where we could have general discussion on building techniques, tools, kit building etc. and wasn't able to find an appropriate palce.

May I make a suggestion to have a 'Workshop' forum?

I kinda thought if I was looking for building tips or techniques, the Tips & Techniques section would be where I'd go.

If it was kit, hardware, tools, or otherwise, I'd be looking at the Question & Answers section.

Neither one is all encompassing, but it does keep the forum list short.

No, I don't have it memorized, but I do have the whole script on my PC and can read through it looking for good Maverick quotes!

I still think we need a place to talk about workshop type things rather than specific to asking a question on a tip or technique.

What about talking about workshop tools and setup? What about making comments on the build process of some kit that you are working on?

Maybe I am just missing somehting!

I'll set it up and if they all get activity than we can leave them all up. If any category seems weak or redundant in its content than we can move those posts over to the other forum and kill the weak one.

I'll have workshop online in minutes.
