I was looking in the airplane wanted for sale forum and thought it would be mice if I could sort/search by user location that way I could find a plane cl;ose to me.
Perhaps you could create such a search?

this is easy to do for US only based states but difficult to cover the rest of the world...since it is "RC Universe" we are not US centric and try to cater to everyone. We have left our location field in the database where you can type in your location. Because of this there will be some inconsistency in location names. If we listed every state and location around the world the list would be enormous and actually less useful.

Until I find a reasonable solution to this it becomes a difficult task. If I only focus on USA then it is doing a disservice to every other country.

I'm open to suggestions or examples of how to make this effectively work. I do not want to have all 50 states listed and then "Canada", "Europe", "Australia", etc...as that becomes useless to rc modelers in other countries.
