I was wondering what RCU does with the products after they do reviews on them.

Default RE: reviewed items

Usually they belong to the reviewer after the review is over. This isn't a new practice because it's been like that with reviews done in magazines for years now. After the review is over the reviewer can do anything they want with the reviewed item. Some keep it, some sell it, and I even know a few that will give the item away to somebody that is a little short on cash and has a hard time buying things (I know of several plane reviews that regularly do this).

One thing to note is that RCU is a little bit different critter than the rest of the world. Not all reviews that are done have had the item given to them by the manufacturer. Some will do reviews on items that they actually purchase for themselves. In fact, I bought a plane at the Weak Signals show in Toledo and I'm planning on doing a review on it for RCU.

hope this helps

Ken
