Please stop trying to install this useless program on my computer[:@]. I do not want it, I do not need it. [:@]
I also do not have the disk space for it. Trying to install it causes my computer to crash.[:@][:@][:@]because it times out the limited amount of bandwidth from my ISP (People PC uses the same access numbers as Earthlink, Juno and Net Zero and is run simular to the free services of Juno and NetZero, you get a bit, it stops serving me, you get a bit, it stops serving me, .....it locks up in the middle of most any download).[:@]
I should not have to wait for anything that needs it to advertise something I will not buy because the moron[:@] that traded their common sense for their college education hired a moron[:@] that traded their common sense for their college education who thinks I do.[:@][:@]

Unfortunately RCU assumes its members have current or near current versions of the software it uses. Flash is one of those programs that is very common on the internet and therefore RCU assumes its members are up to date or at least within a couple latest versions.
This is likely the problem. Update your version of Flash and it shouldn't be a problem for you any more. I'm sorry to say, there's not much we can if your ISP gives you fits downloading updated software needed to browse the web.
