I was on the HP website/ forum and they have a way of giving people "points" to reward them for helping others answer questions. If someone got an answer that fixed their problem, they would reward that person with a certain amount of points.

I've seen this done before with stars and such. Perhaps the same could be done here. I don't know what we (as in "you" ) could do for a reward system but it would motivate more people to help. Not that it's a big problem, but I like to bring up ideas when I think of them.
