SPecifically, why can't we put large props, ignitions, mounts, mufflers, tuned pipes, etc. that are REQUIRED "parts" of a gasser in the GAS Engines for Sale forum....

There aren't any other forum names that would lead anyone to look anyplace else, so why not permit those items to be included?

I think most users could easily differentiate between something used on/with/as part of a gas engine, or not...but that's just my opinion.

Bob,

agreed...the mods are supposed to show some leeway for those forum specific things. Your examples are all valid and should be allowed in that forum. Also for example a heli engine, blades or gyro should be allowed in the heli for sale forum. If things are closely associated with a certain product I ask the mods to use their best judgement on allowing it if it makes sense. If that isn't being done please point the moderator to this post I'm making now so they know they can do this. I've told them in the past this is ok but there is alot to know with the rules and stuff slips by sometimes.

Thank you, Marc. I appreciate the info, and have forwarded a link.
