Default "Family Friendly" or "kid" mode / pornographic advertisements

Give me a way to enable a 'family friendly' or 'kid friendly' mode that turns off the pornographic adds.
Whenever I browse the car/truck forums, I get these pornographic adds for example the one with 'www.badhorsie.com' with white text and well... assorted nasties. Or just remove the pornographic adds completely, I don't think they add anything to site and the click-through can't be that much greater than normal RC adds. I'm not talking about the stuff with models showing off the latest RC gear, but basically anything you wouldn't see in an off-the-shelf RC mag...

Despite that ad not being pornographic, I had instructed my ad rep NOT to run that ad. I am contacting him now. BTW..as I said that ad was not pornographic. There was no nudity and nothing more shown then you would see on any regular beach here in the USA. That does not qualify as pornographic in by any definition unless you consider a girl in a bikini pornographic.
