Default s .29

Hi
I'm new at this so i apologize for any dumb questions.
I have been given an old supertigre s .29
I understand that these are no longer made and parts may be hard to find. I'm thinking of using it on an air boat but would like to know if its worth putting in the effort to fix it up?

On the carb it has a cracked rubber seal beside the throttle control arm, is this important, is it possible to replace it or is there a quick fix?

Apart from that i think it just needs a new glow plug and a good clean out all round.
thanks
Brad

If you mean the rubber boot that is on the end of the carburetor over the throttle barrel where it comes out of the carburetor body, then you really don't need it. Very likely, though, this one will fit:

SUPG2027 22592342 AIR FLTR HOOD 40-300 $1.49

These parts can be ordered through any hobby retailer who sells SuperTigre engines and accessories.
