The only thing we can suggest is to run a larger propeller to bring down the RPM, and to try different mufflers to see what works. We don't have any specifications on other mufflers. Basically, though, you want one with a large chamber and a smaller outlet. Heavier materials and thicker sidewalls to the muffler also help keep down noise transmission.
You will experience reduced power unless you have a free-flowing system with large chambers. That will add weight.
Sorry, but there's no easy solution. The quickest is to run a larger propeller at lower RPM, and accept the power loss.

Bax,
I seen in an earlier post you put a Perry Carb on the G9o, what was the number of the carb ? I have found several sites offering Perrys but none say for G90,, unless the one for the G60 will work.
