Crankcase pressure fitting on 2300
The directions suggest the backplate or horizontal through a mounting lug.
What location on the backplate is best?

Would like to know more about this crankcase pressure fitting. Does this replace the pressure fitting from the exhaust? Is this a better idea?

You use crankcase pressure if you are pressurizing your fuel tank and using a fuel-feed regulator, or if you are using the crankcase pressure to power a fuel pump. If you are not using a regulator or a pump, then muffler pressure is what you'd use.
