Default G75 - G90

I just bought another G90 the other day and the guy at the Hobby shop told me that ST recommends Cool Power for all their ringed engines. Is this right? I've heard tons of reports that Cool Power is hard on bearings, and that the oil doesn't protect moving parts like Castor. This is all kinda confusing because I know in my cars, nothing protects like synthetic. This is my 4th Super Tigre, and the only problematic one I've owned was a G75 (burrs on the inside of the muffler). I've bought all my engines from the same place, but this is the first time they said anything about the fuel.

Default RE: G75 - G90

No particular brand is recommended in the instructions. The instructions state that any fuel with 0%-15% nitro and at least 18% lubrication is OK. Castor in the oil blend is greatly-preferred, and 5%-10% nitro is probably best.
