i have stock 450 align with a 430l motor just got back from a guy but need more power he said if go to the 450 motor i need to go with a new seed do i or can i stay with the stock one

To answer your question - the 40Amp Plush "seed" is all you will need for this size bird.

An ESC (Electronic Speed Controller) of 40A is quite adequate for the stock Trex 450. I have the Sport model which comes with a 35A ESC.
