Ok so I picked up a trex 450 pro from a friend and the one thing he told me is the radio needs to be programed, it is the spectrum DX7. To me it looks like someone tried to program it but failed and gave up, now its my mess and I need a good place to start. Anyone have a good place to go to find these settings?

Try the BNF manual. It contains programming information. I have a few 450s and programming is not the same on all. That's because of electronics I put on and how well they are mechanically tuned.
