Zsultan,
On the battery is it 15A or 15C??? Big difference!!! 15C I'd say your good (measn your getting more then 30A continuous) but 15A won't cut your power needs and you'll probably damage the battery!!! And why do you only have two servos on swash? lol. I assume you ment three, hs-55s are a little weak but there's enough combos out there with them that I guess they'll get you in the air, I'd at least get hs-56s. Gy401, EXCELLENT!!! I don't know the servo your using but it's digital so it can't be horrible and will probably help realize the GY401's full potential.

I think the HDS is a modded Hitec servo to convert to digital...I've heard people having troubles with them. You might consider just getting HS-56 all around (or HS065-MG if money isn't a concern).

It looks like a decent deal...just price all the parts new and add 'em up. I wouldn't pay more than 70% for anything used personally.

Thanks Ptrap,
All new will cost me close to $600. I am little concerned about HS 55's and HDS 877 on tail. do u think they ll be ok till i master forward flight and nose in.
Thanks

They will take you into forward flight just fine. It's when you start 3d maneuvors or even aerobatics that the servos could be become a problem.

The gyro alone is 160-180 bucks.
I agree with RcFlyer06. The servos should be fine for learning and gentle aerobatics.

That is not a bad deal. The gyro is great the heli is great and the Rx will be fine. As you have read the others have suggested getting rid of the servos. I would definatly do this. I run the HS-65HB servos by hitec and they are the best micros on the market hands down. The metal gears are not necissary one bit. Save the 40 dollrs on the karbonite ones and get urself a couple pairs of blades/other spare parts. As long as all the parts are functioning correctly (i.e. see it fly is possible) id get it.....you wont get that setup for less and if that is where u want to go with helis jump on it.

One thing to check on that XL is whether the 430L has gold (bad) or silver (good) endcaps. The gold motors had a problem (they come apart). Honestly, it's not a hot deal. It's an XL, and it's used. If you check around, you can snag a 450SE RTF package (with good stuf, HS65, GY401, 9650, 430L, battery, etc.) for less than $800. Twice the money, yes. But, it's new and more than twice the bird.
I bought an XL used, and wish I hadn't.
