Hi,
I'm in the process of getting a new radio, I'm thinking of getting the JR 2610 which has only 6 channels. Is 6 channels enough, do I need 7 channels? Any recommendation on other radio?
Thanks in advance.
Andrew

ch7 = retractable landing gear (or missile launcher).
channel 7 really isn't needed. But the DX7 is a much nicer model then the DX6. Most people get more channels because they normally include more features then the 6 channel models

Get the DX7 if you like flying around home or in the back yard. I have a 9C futaba and i get glitching almost every day at one point or another no matter what reciever i have or heli.

I got a JR2610. Great radio, got one for my TRex, with remote gyro etc.
Running PCM and have never had any problems with glitching.
I live in NZ though (not many people with radios?), but Im sure Australia would also be pretty glitch free.
Too many people in the US with radio's perhaps??
