Default servo noise

I have HS-65MG servos set up in my 450XL and when I move a stick on my Tx the servos move but after I release the stick they continue to buzz and they get pretty hot... i think that maybe the ball links are too tight but I'm not sure...
Also, the servo arms for cyclic movement rub on the canopy. I've shaved them down about half way and the ball links are on the inside of the servo arm but they still rub. Any suggestions?

Default RE: servo noise

Did you see the finless videos on helifreak.com? The Align ball links have an "A" on one side, and that A faces out from the ball link. Perhaps a couple of them are too tight. Finless does a good job of explaining how to size them.

Also do a search, IIRC there were a few other people with the links hitting the canopy and there was a fix for it.
