Maybe I should have posted this question in the Radio side of the forums but this is a question for the TREX owners. I ordered the T-REX 450SE V2 and should get it this week. I currently own the Airtronics RD8000. I got it last Christmas as a gift. I would like to sell it and get the DX-7, but what I understand the 8000 is a great radio. I have 2 questions, one, the receiver that comes with it is "92778Z FM". Will it fit in the TREX? Or is it to big? Question 2, it's a FM receiver, would I be better off using a PCM receiver? What I was told by the local hobby shop that I can only use Airtronics brand receivers and the PCM receiver I have posted doesn't look like a micro either. So I'm stuck so to speak. Any advise would highly be appreciated!

The RD8000 is a good radio. but it does have glitches.. its best that you use a PCM reciever
