Default Electric problems look alike trex

I’m having problems with my ROBO 450 set-up. My pitch control is backwards, up goes down, and down goes up. I think in trying to fix the problem I disabled the ESC, now I don’t have any motor speed, motor doesn’t turn. Any ideas?

My Robo (pigeon m1), work's great, so what's the problem ?
You left out the MOST important information ! What radio system are you using ?
Was it a RTF with the radio allready installed ?
You can PM me if you like.
