Ok I am upgrading my tail housing to the aluminum one. Is one better then the other? Copter x or the Align. The Copter x said its a v2 the align is a v1. I am assuming the micro heli is the best just based on price but I wasnt going to put that much money into the tail right now. Has anyone had any luck with the Copter x brand I am leaning toward that one.

i fly 2 copterx tails on my trex450, the only difference is a press fit swedged brass tail slider bushing VS the align that has screw threads.

for 30 bucks for a complete cnc tail ill always take the copterx.

search for heli-bros they shipp from the US and are still cheap, i think electron hobby has them here too

I have a CopterX tail on my Wrex project and it has impressive quality. I think that with the price difference I would buy a Copterx heli before I would buy Align.
