Default trex wont initialize

my trex wont initialize. the gyro does right away but the motor will not. sometimes it will and sometimes it wont any ideas?? no loose wires, batts are good too

Check your throttle trim and throttle sub trim. Maybe it is set right on the verge of too much. Lower them both and try again.

I set my trim on the throttle all the way down, try that.

Be sure to power-up your transmitter and set your throttle to minimum before powering-up the heli unless you are programming your ESC. For that, check out Finless Bob's ESC setup video at helifreak.com.
