They will work. They won't work well. Go with the HS-65 that everyone uses. They are about $25 each. You will save over the long run. The helicopter will do what you tell it to do vice always chasing the trim and riskng a crash.

I am running the TowerPro 9G on my HDX 450. They are ok. Not as precise as the HS65 but they work ok.
They do tend to strip easily but are not a problem as long as you avoid overly hard landings.

I have heard great things about the EXI 450.
It was only $99, with freeshipping.
Looks the same as the Trex version and apparantly is compatable with trex parts.
All I want is for is a fuselage for slow ff and hovering.
