I can't get my Trex 450 to stop vibrating. I rebalanced the main and and tail blades, I put a new high carbon main shaft into it, I checked the tail shaft, it dosent look bent at all. Anybody have any more ideas?

Vibrations are always a booger to find...
Sometimes bad main bearings can also cause vibrations, along with lots of other stuff in which where it could be coming from... Are your paddles at equal distances, flybar equal and centered ? You could slip off the belt temporarily, and then spool up the mains to see if the vibration is in the head area. Have you taken off your main blades and spooled it up to see if there still is a vibe issue also ? How about a short video to help show ?

i had a problem just last week and to cut a long story short for some reason i decided to weigh the fly bar paddles and one was 0.3g lighter. It was ok before so not sure why it just started vibrating.

you said you checked the tail shaft............are you talking boom or shaft driven tail. If shaft driven have you checked front and back gears. I checked mine the other day to find two chiped teeth on the front gear, only under close inspection with a bright light did I pick it up. The othe issue with the tail shaft is the midle bearing. Is it spinning in the shaft and is the bearing fine.

i had a bad vibration one time that ended up being a loose boom support. i couldnt believe that was the source, but i tightened it up and all the vibration was gone. these helis are so finicky, one loose screw can throw everything out of wack.

That's awesome, I'll get to work. I can feel a little chink in the main bearing so I think I'll start with those. I have the tail rotor blades cranked down, and I loosened then and that really helped, but didn't quite solve the problem.
