Loctite 242 or the equivalent on an screw or thread that makes metal to metal contact. That has been my mantra for many many years. Don't use it on plastic tho, it causes it to deteriorate.

When I buy a new bird, the first thing I do If it is already partly assembled is take out the screws and use locktite I found a paste at the auto part store that works nicely, it doesn't lock but gives resistance the whole way taking out screw. But you will notice if there is any vibration the chassis screws are the first to come out.
