50*F low Humidity
Motor has fresh piston and ring, Has maybe 30 oz. premium 32:1 Stihl Ultra through it so far..
Xoar 23 X 10 PJX EagleNose prop

Got 4 flights on a Menz 24X8 S on the 3W-55Xi with ES55G Composite pipe @ 11" header..

32:1 Stihl Ultra
77*F with low humidity

Pulls this prop 7300 rpm on the ground.. Seemed to clean up the midrange with some added prop load..

Tried a Xoar 23 X 8 Laminate prop ..

Pulls this one 7800rpm on the ground..
Super fast throttle response and rocket out of hover performance.. My favorite so far..

Everyone tells me that the Laminate loads the engine a little more than the CF version.. That would put me at or over 8000 on the ground.. I will still probably get one to try though...

I am happy with the 23X8 Laminate on it.. I do not fly level flight at WOT any times. The only WOT is on vertical lines so I am not worried about the high static rpm.. The engine is very responsive and the pullout from hover is instantaneous.. I do not like the 10" Props on this Pitts Bulldog, they are too fast of a prop airspeed wise... I will probably try a CF 23X8 to see how it does.. I rearely believe anything I am told on the internet...

you must be an IMAC pilot if you only do WOT on uplines . I've been trying to practice throttle management but i find it hard...lol ive already snapped 4 sets of wings in 3 years. thankfully none were gassers

You have to remember , this combo at 1/2 throttle is pulling what most 50cc class engines do at WOT!!!![X(]
