APC 11x4: 10800 rpm
APC 11x3: 11600 rpm

i have converted it to diesel and got 9200 on a 11,7 apc

Wildcat 15%
APC 10-6 with stock muffler- 11000 RPM
APC 10-6 with mousse can muffler- 12600 RPM

10% nitro blend (local fuel), no baffle, 10X6 = 12000RPM

Same setup but with 11x5 = 11400RPM

Let me think.... A while ago I did try several props before giving up and going back to a 10x6.

I tried a 12x something (low pitch) but the engine wouldn't turn over 8400rpm.

Personally, I think a 9x6 would be too small and rev too hard. With a 10x6 it will give about as much power as it can without revving it's head off.

Oh, I lost the rear half of my muffler last week (somehow managed to stay attached) and found the LA basically loses all power. Yeah the throttle will work but all it does is vary the noise. Keeping the plane in the air was an impossible tasks and I managed a forced landing with no damage.
