Yep, it's true... My ST .45 on a Macs muffled pipe and 1.5" off of the header was turning a APC 10 x 7 to 14,700 on 5%... swapped over to the '51 and she's turning that same prop to 15,200...
Me likey the Tigres...

I just put my ST G-51 on a Strega 40 with a Jett Stream muffler.
5% nitro with 20% oil with temps in the low 80s:
APC 10x6 is 15,600
APC 10x7 is 15,000
I plan to turn the 10x7 on it.
