Heard a whisper that Tamiya have released a Monster Truck with a early Volkswagon Kombi
(Split window) body searched the net can't find anything, anyone found any news on this one?

peterphillipps & the mad modder ive also heard about that truck it will be available from early febuary 2012. about the truck The Tamiya R/C VW Camper Van is the latest in a long line of Tamiya radio controlled off road monster truck models that has a fantastic new look and is built to impress!

This R/C assembly kit depicts a 1st-generation (T1) variant of the Volkswagen Type 2 van, which was also known as the Volkswagen Bus to many of its legions of fans. Tamiya has reproduced this machine with a comical appearance in polycarbonate with driver figure to result in this fun-filled model. The new WR-02 chassis is equipped with a wheelie bar to enable exciting, wheels in the air Wheelie driving action. Tyres / wheels & Gear Box / motor come ready assembled.
