Default Sorry Guys this is what ...

The old saying goes, time is not on your side.... and if he stays with it, its just a matter of time before he displaces the old men (which I think its all relative- to include everyone over the age of 9)

Cheers,

And so it begins...

It's so much fun watching the younger ones excel. There seems to be no fear and an ultimate confidence in what they can do. They don't understand or comprehend that they shouldn't be able to do "that" yet. Kids aren't supposed to jump from Intermediate to FAI but don't try to tell Joe, he's already in the process of proving he can do it, never occurred to him that he couldn't.

I have had a lot of fun watching Brett over the last few years. He was an accomplished 3D pilot before ever touching a pattern plane. Many times it was hard to watch as he performed, but he was always in complete control and never knew he couldn't do it.

Now I'll get to share those smiles with you as we watch Joseph progress.

Oh, and it will help that Joe is flying your planes and not mine

Don,
You need to probably trim that electric for Joseph. It wouldn't stop rolling!

He was inspired by Ryan Archer's freestyle.

His simulation. JAS take a look at it as he is on top of it. Interesting and entertaining to watch.

An FAI unknown sequence written by Joe - we alternated maneuvers.  He flew through it without issue.  We had to really egg-on  Chris to fly it as well.  He finally broke down and flew it.   Resolution is low but you can kind of see what's going on.  Very impressive.
