Default Special setup (flight mode) for torque rolling?

Mike,

Do fliers of 35 or 42% planes use a flight mode when doing extended Torque Rolling?
This might make it easier to Torque Roll by adding say a small amount of down elevator trim to correct for a tendency to fall toward the wheels while Torque Rolling for example.

No one that I'm aware of does that. I just use my 3D rate so I have lots of control. I'd work on the trim of the model is it tends to fall in a particular direction in a hover.
