Hi Mike,
I've been reading an article you wrote some time ago about learning to unload snaps to make them look better and loose less energy. My problem is my level positive snaps always come out on an upline. I never hit the same level heading no matter what I do.
What's the magic here?
Thanks,
Steve

I am unloading all of the up elevator by making the check mark with the stick as I bring in full aeleron and rudder. I thought that was the proper technique?
Thanks,
Steve

The technique is correct. It could be a timing issue, or an airplane set up issue. How much elevator throw do you have at fluu stick? You may just be pitching the nose too far before the rotation.
