Mike,
Is there no way to set up dual aileron servos with a Y connector when ising the DX 7. Do yo have to use seperate rec channels, one for each aileron ?

No. You can always use a Y connector for 2 servos with the DX 7 or virtually any radio. You just cant get the benefit of being able to adjust the servos independantly from the tx if you use a Y-conn.
