I recently purchased a Raptor 30 V1 that has been converted to a 50. I would like to know what all has been changed so I can buy some replacement parts. What size main blades and tail boom should the 50 size be? Also, what other parts should have been changed to fully convert to a 50 size and how can I identify them? I would appreciate any help anyone has to offer.

I got a Rap 50 that was converted. It comes with a longer tail boom, new longer belts, new engine mount and fan, and 600mm wood blades. If you are going to upgrade beyond the upgrade kit, I have been told to look at the 60 tail tail rotor and one of the cnc super cooling fans.

I'm not looking to upgrade yet. I am wanting to buy a crash kit and some spare parts for my future mistakes. I am trying to find out some measurements or certain markings that would allow me to determine which parts have been upgraded. It is my understanding that you could upgrade some parts without changing everything. I just want to find out exactly what I have.
For example: I think I have 600mm blades. Does this automatically mean that the tail boom was changed, or could the 600's work with the 30 size tail boom? How long is the 50 tail boom? How can I tell the difference in the cooling fan, clutch or other parts to know what is on my machine?

The guy you bought it from will probably have changed it completly into a 50. There are not that many differences between the 30 and 50.
Is you want to buy a crash kit, then you'll have to buy a 50 crash kit. you can find one on heliproz.com
Simply buy all the replacement parts for a 50. they will most likely all work on your upgraded 30. (somebody correct me if I'm wrong)

You do need the 50 boom if you run the longer blades.
Unless you manage to break the fan ,motor mount or main gear in a crash, all you will need is a 50 boom and 600mm blades asside from the usual 30 parts.
