How long did it take you to set up your heli?

about six hours to put it together, and about 4 hours to get it set up and neutral.

Haha! Took me about 15-20hrs total just to build the kit! I took my time and did the building over several days... 10hrs over the weekend, and a couple hrs a night the following week. Took another 5hrs or so to install the electronics, adjust linkages, and program the radio. It was all new to me, so it was slow going, but enjoyable. After that, it only took me a couple of tanks of nitro to get it trimmed out well enough to hover easily.
