ok Folks I about broke the bank but I did it
Raptor 30 V2 Arf
CSM sl 420 Gyro
Hitec 545's all around except JR nes 810G for the tail
I wanted the Futaba 401 gyro but got talked into this one
They did not have the 401 in stock.
havent read anything on it.
does any one have any setup tips for the gyro?
and any hints on building?

Also I'm using the new Futaba 7c TX
Which Swashplate setting is the raptor
I've been away from heli's for a couple years and this will be
my first one back.

Check out the RaptorTechnique radio setup instructions... the 9C should be similar to the 7C...

I haven't used the CSM gyros myself but did own a second hand one. They have good reviews and I am sure that one will more than suitable.

Mine came out of an abused second hand model. Sent it to CSM in the UK but unfortunately it was dead. Their service was first class though. I hope you have similar service from the US distributors. If you do you will be fine.
