RE: Raptor OS 37 installation question
I just upgraded yesterday 'cause my crash busted up the crankcase on the TT39pro.
Helproz says the DBC throttle extensions won't work on the OS.37 so you'll have to use the stock plastic arm.
Undo the throttle arm bolt then Blue or Red loctite it and position as necessary.
Since it's plastic and only held by tension with the bolt (splines or keyed would have been nicer), make absolutely sure there is NO BINDING.
I had to cut the opposite side of the arm off and lop off about 1/8-1/4" of the top bolt holding the muffler (mvpv0102) to the engine.
The engine has yet to see nitro but maybe tomorrow if this East Coast yucky weather clears.

RE: Raptor OS 37 installation question
I upgraded, rather replaced, my TT39 motor about two weeks ago with a OS37. The motor mount was a straight swop over and the throttle servo arm wasn't too difficult to sort out. I didn't have to trim the exhaust bolt though.
This is a really sweet engine, plenty power, easy to tune, unlike the TT39 that I had. I have about a gallon through it already and it is running great. You won't regret getting the OS37.
Enjoy it!!
